White Foods - tremella (silver ear mushroom), coconut, bamboo, pears, water chestnuts, louts root
Green Foods - cilantro, kiwi, bitter melon, dandelion, green apple, asparagus, fresh luffa and bitter greens
Black Foods - black beans, black sesame seeds, black fungus mushroom (Hei Mu Er), Chinese dates, blackberries, mulberries, seaweed and other sea plants
